Wanneer rejecten?
Reject bij duidelijke GL of verkeerde maat. Na goedkeuring en verzending is retour duur — plan BTW/douane pas na QC.
Rule of thumb — If you would not wear it based on the QC photos, reject. Minor batch variance is normal on reps; structural flaws are not.
